Problemy standaryzacji pomiarów w Aktywnej Termografii Dynamicznej w medycynie

    No full text
Reliability of thermographic diagnostics in medicine is an important practical problem. In the field of static thermography, a great deal of effort has been made to define the conditions for thermographic measurements, which is now the golden standard for such research. In recent years, there are more and more reports on dynamic tests with external stimulation, such as Active Dynamic Thermography, Thermographic Signal Reconstruction or Thermal Tomography. The subject of this report is a discussion of the problems of standardization of dynamic tests, the choice of the method of thermal stimulation and the conditions determining the credibility of such tests in medical diagnostics. Typical methods of thermal stimulation are discussed, problems concerning accuracy and control of resulting distributions of temperature are commented. The best practices to get reliable conditions of measurements are summarized.Wiarygodność diagnostyki termograficznej w medycynie stanowi ważny problem praktyczny. W zakresie statycznej termografii w podczerwieni włożono sporo wysiłku, by zdefiniować warunki pomiarów termograficznych, co stanowi obecnie złoty standard takich badań. W ostatnich latach pojawia się coraz więcej doniesień dotyczących badań dynamicznych z pobudzeniem zewnętrznym, takich jak ADT, TSR czy tomografia termiczna. Przedmiotem niniejszego doniesienia jest dyskusja problemów standaryzacji badań dynamicznych, wyboru sposobu pobudzenia termicznego i warunków decydujących o wiarygodności takich badań w diagnostyce medycznej

Designing Common Systems for Regional Administration Purposes

    No full text
Eoonomic applications of computers concern object systems for their most part. In many cases joint utilization of the same resources by many heterogenous objects becomes more economical. This constitutes a prerequisite for construction of a common coraputer-based information system. The transport activity illustrates analysis performed by authors on designing of common information systems (CIS). The article presents next the essence, principles of building, definitions of CIS, and criteria of including a given system into one of olasses. Taking into consideration the characteristic features of CIS there should be accepted the following principles of their designing: utilization of forecasting method during construction of concepts, application of the systems analysis method during selection of a branch, utilization of problem structuralization methods in finding a completely new solution, fixing of the so-called main system co-ordinator for organizational and functional structure of CIS, creation of economic mechanism inducing the interested objects to co-operate with the system, construction of decision structure being adequate for given CIS, legal regulation, assurance of comprehensiveness, multiplication, and standard character of a solution. The regional system in the case of transport creates prerequisites for elastic implementation of tasks facing transport, and, first of all, it ensures co-ordination of operations allowing for full utilization of transport means. It also makes possible accounting of operating costs of the rolling stock and better provision of spare parts.Zadanie pt. Czynniki budujące wartość firm nowej ekonomii to przede wszystkim wiedza i innowacyjne technologie, zwłaszcza informatyka i technologie komunikacyjne. The drivers which build the value of New Economy firms are knowledge and cutting edge technologies, especially informatics and communications technologies. Whilst the economic effectiveness of the dotcoms was questioned, the existence of a new econ-omy is a fact. Using the innovative methods of production, distribution and management causes big changes, not only in the structures of firms, but in our everyday life too. There is no possibility for material assets domination, now the main value is hide in nonmaterial (intangible assets) and knowledge is the key for the future of management. This material introduce the study about differences in valuation of virtual and traditional companies. Authors tried to identify the main factors, which are able for creating the market value of the virtual and traditional companies and answer the question of the best valuation method for each of them

    Advances of medical visualisation

In the paper the review of most commonly used techniques of medical visualisation is presented. Both 2D and 3D medical visualisation problems are illustrated with examples of our research. Especially remote visualisation (teleradiology) with telematics tools is taken into consideration. This leads to underline the role of networking in telediagnosis. The importance of application of powerful computers and sophisticated software, supported by TASK, for medical visualisation is emphasised. Some results of medical data and information visualisation obtained in our Department are presented
